How often should I get my haircut?

The frequency of cutting depends on your hair type, length and of course the health of your hair. At our hair salon we generally recommend a trim every 4-6 weeks.


How do I book an appointment?

I coloured my own hair - HELP!

We’re here to help. It’s always a process but most colour disasters can be corrected. In many cases it can take several visits though. If you find yourself in this situation it’s best to schedule a complimentary consultation with one of our stylists first to best discern what would work best for your hair. Different methods such as balayage, hi-lights or even colour remover are options that should be discussed during the consult.


Does your salon take walk-ins?

We do when we can.  Although we  suggest calling ahead of time to avoid disappointments.


Why do you have different prices for different levels of stylists?

At Salon Monzer we have stylists with a wide range of experience and training. The prices of their services reflect their various levels.


Is it okay to see a different stylist at Salon Monzer?

We at Salon Monzer work as a team. There are many of our clients who visit various stylists, sometimes because it works for their schedule and sometimes because they just want to. It is never an issue to visit another stylist at our salon. We are always happy to see you.

I’m disappointed with my hair colour and or cut. What do I do?

Please do not feel uncomfortable with expressing any concerns. Communication is key. Often the issue can be easily resolved. If you find yourself at home unhappy with the results of your visit, please let us know within 48 hours by contacting the salon and speaking with our front desk. They will schedule you in within the next 4 working days. Our goal is to make you happy.


Do you have an ammonia free colour line?

Yes! Our Inoa line by L’oreal Professionnel is ammonia free.

What methods of payment do you take?

We accept cash, debit, VISA, MasterCard and our Salon Monzer gift cards.
