Cancellation Policy

This time is reserved especially for you.  In fairness to our stylists and the clients on our waiting list we require a minimum of 24 hours cancellation notice by telephone otherwise you will be charged 50% of the cancelled reservation value.  We thank you in advance for valuing the time and scheduling of our service providers.
