With over 35 years experience, Monzer and Azi are not new to the business of haircare. The stylish husband and wife team opened Salon Monzer in 2004 and are committed to ensuring their clients’ experience is second to none.

Monzer fostered his passion for hair while training as a stylist in his native Syria. There, Monzer worked with high profile clients and dignitaries. Since moving to Canada in 1989, He has trained other haircare professionals, some of whom have gone on to create their own success. Monzer has competed in many hair and fashion shows, including L’Oreal, and styled for various magazines, such as Flare. He also worked on Much Music’s “Fake Over” show. Monzer has experience managing numerous salons in the GTA and is highly regarded in his industry.

As Artistic Director, Monzer excels at creating the right look to suit each individual’s face structure and hair type. Monzer’s talents were honoured in the community with the Platinum Award for Best Stylist in 2005, 2006, 2007, 2009, as well as the Diamond Award in 2010 by the Oakville Beaver Reader’s Choice.

Azi is a Master Stylist and Manager of Salon Monzer. Azi studied hair styling in Toronto’s fashionable Yorkville district. Her objective is for clients to walk out of Salon Monzer looking beautiful and feeling fabulous. Azi infuses her own sense of style and appreciation for beauty into the development of the salon and her staff.

This couple contribute the success in part to their teamwork. Both Monzer and Azi bring amazing passion to the salon and their clients. They pride themselves on their highly trained staff, using products they believe in and an outstanding level of customer service. Azi and Monzer live in the Oakville community and are committed parents to their delightful twin girls.
